At Milnaras, we take great care in delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. As a food and consumable-based brand, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy in most situations. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed. Since our products are freshly made and packed, order processing begins immediately. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be fully prepaid before they are processed and dispatched.

Damaged Products

Items damaged due to customer negligence, improper handling, or misuse will not qualify for return or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 2days of delivery.

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage.

  • Once verified, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for damaged items. Only replacements will be provided after verification.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We begin order processing only after payment confirmation.
